A dense, pyramidal evergreen similar in form and hardiness to the Colorado Blue Spruce, but featuring classic dark green needles. It provides strong winter color and is a stately specimen. Prefers rich, moist, well-drained soil. Highly adaptable to different soil types, but thrives best with consistent moisture.
