A stately, dense shade tree selected for its strong central leader and symmetrical, narrow upright habit. Features heart-shaped leaves, fragrant yellow flowers in early summer, and dependable gold fall color. Moist, well-drained soil is best, but it is highly adaptable to alkaline, wet, or dry sites. Excellent choice for streetscapes and lawns.
